Attention:

If you are placing an order, and it is intended to be a gift, the order MUST be noted to ensure it ships in time. Otherwise, we make no guarantees it will ship before Christmas, as our processing times are a minimum of 6-8 weeks for all large items on our site.  All items are shipped using UPS. You will receive tracking information from us just before it is ready to ship.

We are a small family owned business. Each piece is handcrafted to order by one person. Please remember great things take time, and we want to provide you with the quality product you paid for. 

We ARE NOT a big box or large e-commerce site. We DO NOT drop ship, import products or mass produce them. If you come across different processing times and/or deliver by dates on other sites for our products, the timeframe on OUR site is what our timeframe is.
