Attention:
We are a small family owned home based business. We do not have a factory full of employees. Each piece is handcrafted to order by one person. Please remember great things take time, and we want to provide you with the quality product you paid for.
We ARE NOT a big box or large e-commerce site. We DO NOT drop ship, import products or mass produce them. If you come across different processing times and/or deliver by dates on other sites for our products, the timeframe on OUR site is what our timeframe is.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SALES ARE FINAL. If we agree to a cancellation there will be a 25% cancellation fee in order to cover fees we incur for your order. Orders can be revised or modified at any time, up until they go into production.
Every item is handcrafted to order. Processing times are as follows but can change due to unexpected delays;
ESTIMATED 2-3 weeks for stove covers, 6-8 weeks for veggie bins, toy boxes and bread boxes, 8-10 weeks for corner hutches, 10-12 weeks for sofa tables, pantry cabinet and chimney hutches. Orders will not ship any sooner than that timeframe. All products are handcrafted to order, in the order it is received. ANY CUSTOMIZATION OF ANY OF OUR PIECES OR ANY CUSTOM ORDERED PIECE PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 12 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING.
Our processing time does not include transit time. We ship UPS ground and delivery time is based on your location.
If you are ordering from our website and the item is to be a gift for a specific holiday or occasion, please note it on the order or contact us prior to ordering, otherwise we make no guarantee on the items delivery time.
Hutch Disclaimer:
All of our hutches are level and square. If they’re being set on either carpet, unlevel floors or if you have small children we recommend they be attached to the wall. We are not responsible for tipping or falling over of the hutches. Also, we do not recommend our 4 door hutches having all 4 doors open at the same time without attaching to a wall.
If Rustic Woodworking Co. ships an item of the wrong color or style (other than what was on your order) we will remake and ship a replacement to you and a return label to ship the wrong item back to us. If you, the customer, order the wrong color or style, you, the customer, is responsible to ship item back to us at your expense. Once the item is received and inspected by Rustic Woodworking Co. we will remake the item and ship a replacement to you at our expense.
It is very important that you, the customer, double check your order before ordering. Do not assume the picture of the item you are looking at is the color you will receive. You will receive the color selected on your order. Please review stain colors on the listing you are ordering from. If in doubt of a color you are trying to match to, please email us with any questions at: rusticwoodworkingco@gmail.com
If your item is marked as delivered by carrier and we have proof, and it is either; stolen, or damaged due to weather, Rustic Woodworking Company is not responsible for replacing item.
***When ordering thru our promotions you agree to the processing times listed at the time of your purchase. This promotion does not apply to custom items not listed on our site, current orders cannot be canceled and reordered to receive discount, discount cannot be combined with other offers, we DO NOT accept returns as they are custom made to order. If they are damaged we will repair or replace based on damage.
