1:  Board style. 
 Our flat style stove covers fit most standard gas (sit on stove grates) and electric stoves (smooth surface, or raised coil) 

NOTE: If you have a built in cooktop please contact us first with dimensions so we can provide you with a price.

Flat:  29 ⅞” w x 22" d x 1 1/2" h. 

    2:  Stain Color.  Choose from (18) different colors that will accent your kitchen décor the best.

    3:  Handle Style.  We currently offer our standard black hammered handles 

    4:  Personalization.  If you would like to make changes or additions just add it to the customer notes at checkout.

    5:  Processing time.  Every order is handmade to order. All orders are made and ready for shipment within 2-3 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for transit time, depending on your location.

     

    Will your stove cover fit my stove? 

    Our stove covers are approximately 29 7/8" x 22"inches.  They will work with most standard gas and electric stoves.  Please make sure to measure your stove prior to ordering to ensure our stove cover will fit.   

    Can a stove cover be used as a cutting board?

    Stovetop covers should not be used as a cutting board.  We use solid pine for our boards and they are stained and sealed with two coats of spray poly, where cutting boards are made from hardwood and seasoned with food safe oil.  Stovetop covers are for decorative purposes and to provide you with extra space in your kitchen.

    How should I care for my stove cover?

    To preserve your stove cover be sure to wipe it down with a clean soft cloth, you can also use a furniture polish to shine it up. 

    Be sure to remove from the stove before use and do not replace it on the stovetop until it cools down completely.  Hot temperatures could cause the board to warp/crack, etc.  We cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from neglect or misuse of this product.  

    Will the stovetop cover damage my cooktop?

    Not at all!  All of our stovetop covers come with felt pads on each corner that keeps your cooktop safe from scratches.

    When will I receive my order? 

    Your order will be shipped using UPS ground carrier service. 

    All stove cover orders are made and ready for shipment within 2 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for transit time, depending on your location.

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be entered into the system the day it ships so you can track your shipment.

    If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rusticwoodworkingco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Do you accept Returns?

    We do not accept returns since all items in our store are custom made and personalized to the customers specifications.  However, if your item is damaged during shipment it will be remade when we receive the damaged. 

    To start a return for a replacement, you can contact us at Rusticwoodworkingco@gmail.com.  Once we receive the proper photo’s and documentation for the damaged item, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery.  We are notified by the carrier when the item has been delivered.  All original packaging must be kept and pictures must be sent to us to forward to the carrier for an insurance claim as all packages are insured.
